Independent Living Home Care Program
Independent living with help a few steps away — private and shared housing, on your own schedule.
For a senior or an adult with a disability who is finished with the upkeep of a house but not with being independent. Independent living is the heart of what we do: your own room in a comfortable home, meals made for you, company when you want it, and a caregiver nearby for the things that have become harder. Private and shared rooms are available, and support is there when you need it — not before.
- Your own room in a family-style home
- Private and shared rooms available
- Home-cooked meals, three times a day
- Help with bathing, dressing, and grooming as needed
- Medication reminders on your doctor’s schedule
- Laundry, housekeeping, and a tidy room
- Company, conversation, and shared activities
- A caregiver on hand, day and night

Rental Housing
A real home to rent in a family-style house — private and shared rooms, with care close at hand.
Housing available to rent for veterans and seniors who want a place of their own. A private or shared bedroom you can furnish with your own things, a kitchen that gets used, a porch to sit on, and care available if and when you need it. Transitional housing is available as well — a supportive place to stay for a time while you get settled or recover, with care on hand. Openings change, so please call and ask what is free right now.

Recovery Care
A supportive place to stay and get your strength back after a hospital stay, an illness, or surgery.
Coming home to an empty house after a hospital stay is often when things go wrong. Here there are meals you did not have to make, help with the things that are still difficult, medication reminders on your doctor’s schedule, and someone on hand through the day and the night. This is recovery support for seniors and veterans — not medical treatment or clinical care — and we work alongside your doctor, your therapists, and your family.

- Meals you did not have to make
- Help with bathing, dressing, and getting around
- Medication reminders on your doctor’s schedule
- Someone on hand through the day and the night
- Rides to follow-up appointments

Veterans Services
Honoring those who served, and helping veteran families ask about the benefits they earned.
Veterans are at the heart of what Crystal Pearl does. If someone in your family wore the uniform, there may be VA benefits that help pay for care — and many families are never told. We are not the VA and we cannot promise anyone a benefit. What we can do is sit down with you, explain what the programs are called, and help you begin the paperwork. Surviving spouses should ask as well.

05 — Offering
Senior Services
The everyday help that keeps someone safe at home — a few hours a week or around the clock.
Personal care and hygiene, home-cooked meals, medication reminders, companionship, help with daily activities and mobility, rides to appointments, respite for the family, and overnight support when being alone is no longer safe. It is the practical, human help that makes an ordinary day work — for seniors and for adults with disabilities, in their own home or in ours.

A Safe Place to Stay
A room to rent, a safe place to start again, or a stable home as a young person leaves foster care — quietly, and without judgment.
Not everyone who needs a room is a senior, and not every difficult season looks the same. If you need an affordable room at a rent you can manage, or somewhere quiet to come while you work out what happens next after a difficult situation at home, there is room here. If you are in foster care, or have recently aged out of it, and need a stable place to live and support as you start out on your own, we would like to hear from you. Every resident is treated with dignity and privacy, and every inquiry is handled quietly and without judgment. Private pay is accepted here too, explained plainly and in private, before anything is decided.

- Dignity and privacy for every resident, always
